Great property and location to shopping, dining and a short walk to the beach. Nicely furnished and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great! Communication with property manager was excellent.

The best features of this property are its size/structure - plenty of bedrooms with large beds and ensuite bathrooms with beautiful sunsets over the sound. Big dining table, nice deck, hot tub worked well (but small) and we found the big tv easy to use and enjoy. But they've got work to do with quality control and their cleaning service. Unfortunately, the place was not cleaned well - dirty floors, glass-top tables, and even unwashed dishes left in cabinets to name only a FEW issues with cleanliness. The management team was responsive - but ultimately there were so many cleaning issues that the emphasis needs to be on avoiding them vs. being timely to resolve them. For new to OBX folks - this house is very far north and thus there is a long drive down the island to get to alot of restaurants, etc.. - so just be aware of where you are on the island. And strong reco: Bring your own pillows. Every pillow is very big/overstuffed and we didn't have a single member of our family able to sleep with them. Bring your own - your neck will thank you.

Great location and plenty of sleeping space. Main gathering room (kitchen, dining area and living room) was a superb area to watch tv and view the scenic Currituck Sound.

Excellence location, nice sized pool, hot tub, enjoyed being on Currick Sound, boat dock view. House accommodated our group of 7 adults, 4 teenagers, and one 7 year old well. 10 min walk or drive to ocean beach. Check out Sturgeon beach. Comfortable beds. Nice size kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware. Two large refrigerators. Twin bedroom has bathtub rest have walk in showers. Beautiful view of the Sound from great room many of bedrooms. Elevator useful to transport luggage, supplies. Host responsive to complaints. Would stay again.
