Duck Blind

We absolutely loved the Duck Blind property! Our group of 10 were three generations of family members. This was our first time to OBX. There was plenty of room for our group no matter what we were doing, whether it be playing pool in the game room or a game of bingo. Group events or just sitting by yourself enjoying the sound view from the windows on the comfortable sectional couch. The front porch was perfect for sunsets and morning coffee. Some great late night conversations went on out there as well. The pool was by far the most used item by us. It was fabulous having it! We spend many afternoons hanging out and chatting in the sun. That sound view was gorgeous! The kitchen was well appointed. We did cook a bunch in it. We appreciated the two full refrigerators at the house. The house was a half mile to the ocean so we rented a golf cart. Everyone loved taking rides. The town of Duck is a short walk. The host Elissa made sure to check in with us to be sure all was fine. We didn’t have any problems during our stay. Our family will definitely stay at this property again.

Loved our stay at Duck Blind! Hosts were very nice and efficient. We had 2 families and 6 kids between 2 and 6 and they had a blast. The location is perfect, and the house was fun, warm, and as advertised in the photos. The sunsets alone are worth the stay!

The house was amazing. The house from top to bottom was nothing short of fantastic. The pool the hot tub the game room was awesome. 2 blocks away from town waw even better. We will be booking this house again.

the owner really thought of everything for this house! so many great amenities/activities to do here. great for entertaining large groups of people! it was very clean when we got here, and the owner left clear instructions on checking in and out. location is a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the town and grocery store.
